    The food was okay. The dumplings were cold. The chicken was dry and not pleasant to try. The customer service was the main reason why I gave them a low rating. The people service were bland and rude. They didn't want to change the water which I ask without ice. They were not friendly nor cared if we wanted refills. Extremely disappointed. They should be attentive. We also weren't finished eating there and they brought us the check as in a way saying 'leave'. I was shocked.

    All protein was tough. Price is good 9$ per person. If you go, stick to the hibachi grill in back left of buffet. You get to pick your own ingredients and they fry it up for you. I probably won't ever go back.

    I've been there often since others in my circle enjoy it. I find the place unclean. I often have stomach issues immediately following eating there. I limit myself to the Mongolian BBQ, but they do not properly clean the stove-top between orders, so you get the spices of the person before you in your food. The ice cream scoops seem very unsanitary, left to saute in all the previous flavor in unchanged water. And the food doesn't taste that good anyway. Find somewhere else.

    They had the nerve to walk up to my boyfriend while he was still eating, to tell him he has to pay $5 extra for the food that’s on his plate because 4:00 starts “dinner time”. She said “that’s dinner” and she told us we have to pay $4 first then she said $5. She was looking at the food on his plate like she was going to take it away, I was infuriated and almost caused a scene. Then she brought some other random guy who couldn’t speak English over to our table and he said $4 extra even after I was complaining about it. We ended up agreeing to pay the extra $4 but I’m still infuriated that she had the nerve to charge us extra and embarrass my boyfriend and ruin our time we’re spending here, when we came at lunch time and only one of his plates was “dinner”. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The lady who said something to him wasn’t even our waitress so I don’t know why she said anything to him. Will definitely not recommend this place to anything or ever come back again, thanks to their horrible service.

    The service sucks, the management is rude. They don’t know how to talk to a customer, but want you to pay. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
